Do not buy anything here. They sent an expired access code and refuse a refund or a new one. I'm out 86 bucks for school cuz these clowns. No refund because access code was opened... duh that's how I found out it doesn't work. And yes the listing matches my required materials from my school bookstore for my statistics class

I purchased this book/online program for my sophomore college student daughter. The book came on time, but the access code to the online program was already used and this was not disclosed to me when I purchased it. Why would I purchase a computer program if it is invalid and we can't get on line? The professor uses this program in his class because going on line for assignments is a REQUIREMENT of the class.
Buyers beware! I have requested help with the refund policy and I'm awaiting a response.

This code worked just fine for me.

I was a bit twitchy about buying this because of some of the horrible reviews that I'd read. However, money's tight and saving $30 was too good to pass up, so I took a chance. No problems at all for me. I created an account, logged on, entered my code, and found that it was valid. Keep in mind that the same things in some of the horrible reviews can happen with a code that's purchased (at full price, mind you) from Pearson or from your college bookstore. I used a credit card as a precaution so I'd have the option to backcharge if I got screwed.
The eBook is a bit clunky in my opinion. It's better than nothing, though, if you can't afford a hardcopy and can't pick up a downloadable copy.
